Rules (12/14/19)

Hello there here are our rules for as of now and our server info for as of now
Will be updated with new or addon rules later on
Rules:This chat operates with a strict nickname policy - nicknames may only contain symbols in a single human script, no excessive Unicode combiners (as those aren't human scripts!), no symbol abuse or 'stylistic ranges' (Fraktur, mathematical cursive, ...) either. That means the following are fine: - neat! - ленин - ジャガイモ - 1-2-1-2 amazing (due to technical limitations, this is represented in bold) What isn't fine, however, is, for example: - ᑭᗩᑎᗪᗩ (homoglyphs to look like Latin) - ленин sucks! (multiple scripts) - ʕ ᓀ ᴥ ᓂ ʔ lol (script abuse to cause a 'donger') - 𝕱𝕺𝕿𝖀𝕾47534958 (compatibility ranges that aren't a script) We reserve the right to change nicknames for people who are using this, any complaints will result in appropriate punishment.
# Chat Policy * We don't censor this chat. You can discuss whatever you want within limits of reason - there's no 'be nice' policy: offending others, while not appreciated, will not get you automatically banned. However, mind you, the claim is within limits of reason. Don't get personal against people. * Try to remain rational and reasonable. * Do not advertise any projects, web sites, chats, services or other entities, unless relevant to a discussion or to provide critique on said advertisement. * Do not spam or advertise repeatedly. * Do not send any explicit imagery. * Do not provide any pirated software. * Speak English. Other languages are not allowed. * Don't @mention or message any elements (CitizenFX Collective) or contributors directly unless solicited. # Groups * [CitizenFX Collective]() members are project staff. Some might be more or less helpful. * [External Contributors]() are people with limited moderation rights that have contributed to the project in various ways.(edited)
PSA: the only official project staff is marked in light green. Some designated members - marked in purple - have limited moderation rights to prevent the chat from becoming a mess. Any other colors do not have any moderation access whatsoever, unless they also have the 'External contributors' role. In addition, insults can get you banned if you a) spam or b) message elements or contributors directly without reason. Messaging an element directly is not guaranteed to ever get read, if you want a concern to get responded to, please email support@fivem.net.
# Channel intents * #announcements is where announcements from the forums will be mirrored. * #releases is where the Releases section from the forums is mirrored. * #repo-updates shows updates from our GitHub repository. * Other channels just exist. Don't mind them too much, and read the channel topic for a semblance of a description.
# Channel rules * Do not ignore the channel topics. Doing so may lead to a strike. * Do not ask questions answered in #quick-support . Doing so may lead to a strike, kick, or ban. * Do not ask for specific resource help. Ask the creator directly through their forum topic, Github repository or elsewhere. * Do not demand support. Everyone is a volunteer, so the support is also on a volunteer basis. Most issues have been solved on the forum.fivem.net or docs.fivem.net 's Support section. # Chat policy v2 Violating any of these policies will result in a strike, global mute, kick, or ban. These rules are in place to keep this very large community organised. * We don't censor this chat.
